General Information for the Floating Soundbath

• Attire: You may wear swimwear or comfortable clothing in the pool. Please note, you might get wet while getting on and off the floating bed. We have thin blankets for you to use, we reccomend bringing a towel to lay on.

• Safety: Your safety is our priority. Two staff members are present in the pool at all times, and a certified lifeguard is on duty to ensure a secure and relaxing experience.

• For Beginners: If this is your first soundbath experience, we strongly recommend attending a stationary soundbath session at our yoga studio first. Floating soundbaths can be a more intense experience, and prior familiarity with soundbath techniques can help you feel more grounded.
