General Information for the Floating Soundbath

• Attire: We reccommed you wear swimwear as it is likely you will get wet. You will be given 2 towels on arrival, one to lay one and one to put over you. The water and air temperature will be heated.

• Safety: Your safety is our priority. Two to three staff members are present in the pool at all times, and a certified lifeguard is on duty to ensure a secure and relaxing experience.

• For Beginners: If this is your first soundbath experience, we strongly recommend attending a stationary soundbath session at our yoga studio first. Floating soundbaths can be a more intense experience, and prior familiarity with soundbath techniques can help you feel more grounded.
