Get ready to sweat, punch, and kick your way to a great workout! We're excited to introduce GloveUp, a new exercise class at Polarity Wellbeing Centre, designed to push you to your limits and leave you feeling energised and empowered. During our 45-minute sessions, you'll experience a fun and intense workout that combines elements of boxing, aerobics, and strength training. Our expert instructors will guide you through a series of drills and exercises that will challenge your cardiovascular endurance, agility, and coordination. Whether you're a seasoned boxer or a complete newbie, GloveUp is the perfect way to improve your physical fitness, boost your confidence, and have a blast while doing it

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and Refunds • Once your booking is accepted you will receive an invoice, your appointment will only be confirmed once paid. • Refunds will only be issued if your session is cancelled by The Home of Holistics. • Should you wish to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before. • You can reschedule your sessions up to a maximum of 2 times. After this, your appointment will be cancelled and offered to someone else and will not constitute a refund. Parking Information • During office hours (Mon-Fri, 9 AM - 5 PM), parking in the estate can be busy. • Please allow plenty of time to find parking before your session. Directions sent upon booking will include alternative nearby parking details. Please check the same email for this information, and consider these options if the main parking area is full.
